The engine is ported by Reher Morrison and has titanium valves. Its valvetrain also features a Jesel belt drive and roller bearings. The car has vintage 15-inch Torq-Thrust wheels, which Stornant bought from the previous owner. They’re wrapped in L60 rubber.
The engine has been hydro-locked. Fortunately, a few weeks ago it was fixed. But the owners didn’t stop there. The 5.3L had a bad rod knock. They rebuilt it and sprayed it to get it back on track. They also replaced it with a 6.0L from the wrecking yard.
